Women’s Observatory will serve as  the primary instrument to ensure the long-term sustainability of this project. Even beyond the project’s completion, all partners will remain engaged in its operation. It will function as a comprehensive repository of statistical data and research pertaining to women in sports, while also acting as a platform for continuous sharing, expansion, and enhancement of best practices.
